How do you ship the burgas?
Our products are shipped using state of the art insulated cooler packaging system with plenty of ice packs which keeps temperatures from frozen to refrigerated by the time it gets to you.

How long will it take to get to me?
All orders are shipping on Monday - Wednesday and will take between 1-2 days to arrive depending on your location.

Do I have to be home to receive the package?
No, we mark all packages as "leave without signature". Upon checkout you will be able to provide extra information that will be passed onto the carrier at time of shipment.
