What’s a Burga?

What comes inside a BurgaBox?

  • A BurgaBox comes with all of ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions to make over-the-top burgers, fries and mac & cheese. Each box will also come with a side of beans and coleslaw.

Does the BurgaBox come hot?

  • No. Quite the opposite! We pack freshly frozen ingredients into an insulated box with freezer packs to ensure it arrives to you fresh and ready to cook!

What are my ordering options?

  • We provide signature, a la carte items for two to four people that can be ordered and scheduled at your convenience. We also offer a subscription service, BurgaBox of the Month where you'll receive never-before-seen recipes to burgers, fries and mac & cheese right to your doorstep, every month!

How can I receive this Month’s Box?

Is there a minimum commitment for the monthly subscription?

  • No! You can cancel or skip a month at any time before your subscription renews!

How many people does a BurgaBox feed?

  • We have portions for 2 and 4 people (AKA perfect for date night, double date, family time Netflix and BurgaBox, etc.).
When does the BurgaBox of the Month ship?
  • BurgaBox of the Month ships out the Tuesday after the 10th of every month. The box will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

If I add on sides, extra burgers or another feast kit to my BurgaBox of the Month order, will those items be shipped seperately?

  • No. If you purchase any adds on or another feast kit within the same order as the BurgaBox of the Month, everything will be shipped in the same box!

Can I choose a date to receive my BurgaBox?

  • Yes! For each our signature, a la carte options (BurgaBox of the Month does not allow for a chosen delivery date), there is a date selection feature that will allow you to schedule a date two weeks from your order date.. We ship Monday-Wednesdays and all of the boxes will arrive in 1-2 days after the shipping date.

Where do you deliver?

  • We deliver BurgaBoxes to the Continental U.S.

How do I change my delivery date?

  • Currently, we don't have the ability to change the delivery date on our website. If there's an emergency, please reach out to info@burgabox.com and we will try our best to accommodate your changes.

How much does delivery cost?

  • We currently have national free shipping!

What if I'm not home to accept delivery?

  • No problem! We'll drop the box at your door! Your box will be patiently waiting for you to get home! Please advise that it's preferable to get your box inside and out of the sun as soon as possible.

I'm sending a BurgaBox as a gift, can the invoice be excluded from the box?

  • We treat every box like a gift, so we do not include any paper items except promotions and our instructions.

Where is your meat sourced from?

  • Our angus beef is made and packaged by our purveyor, Shweid & Sons from New Jersey. It’s 80/20 angus beef.

Do you have beef alternatives?

Do you offer BurgaBoxes for people with special dietary requirements?

  • Yes! We have vegetarian and gluten free options. We are also a nut free facility. If you have any allergies please inform info@burgabox.com and we will provide ingredients lists or advise which BurgaBox is best!

What should I do if one of my ingredients is damaged or missing?

  • This is definitely not acceptable and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact info@burgabox.com with your name,the email address associated with your account and an order number so we can make it right ASAP.

How do I redeem a BurgaBox discount or coupon code?

  • All BurgaBox discounts can be redeemed during the checkout process. Simply checkout the item that you'd like to purchase, and on the next page apply your code or voucher number in the bar that states "gift card or discount code".

My discount code isn't working, what should I do?

  • First, check to see if there's an expiration date associated with the code. If the code appears to still be active or doesn't have an expiration date, please contact info@burgabox.com.

Can I use two or more discount codes on my purchase? 

  • Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Shipping burgers across the country gets pricey!

Is there a money back guarantee?

  • Yes! We are confident that you will enjoy your BurgaBox experience but if that's not the case, we want to make sure all of our customers leave feeling satisfied.

Does BurgaBox have a brick and mortar restaurant?

  • No. But if you're ever visiting Boston, come by one of our three restaurants, Boston Burger Company and try EVEN MORE outrageous burgers!
If you have an allergy, please inform us at info@burgabox.com and specify in your BurgaBox order. We have a variety of options for all different types of allergies and food intolerances and we're happy to discuss which ones will be best suited for you!
