Burga Bucket List| Primanti Bros. Edition

Warning: BurgaBox may cause other meals to taste bland, boring and as a result cause irritability. If you are suffering from symptoms such as depression after eating BurgaBox, please contact us at BurgaBox.com and we can ship happiness right to your doorstep.

"But what if I'm traveling and can't get my BurgaBox fix?" Easy. Say hello to #BurgaBucketList, our new weekly post that will highlight must-try, over-the-top food from all over the U.S. Why? Because ridiculous food is hard to come by and we never want you to settle for an average meal ever again.

This week, we are featuring the Primanti Bros. and their "Almost Famous" sandwich that originated in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Forget the Philly cheesesteak, (we prefer steak bombs anyway) these are the sandwiches worth drooling over. Between two thick slices of Italian Bread, you'll get a stack of your favorite meat(s) and provolone cheese topped off with coleslaw, tomato, and an insane amount of French fries. Now that is a sandwich we can get our hands around (barely).

Pro tip: Don't dare ask for French fries on the side, they are in the sandwich for a reason. This tradition started in the 1930's when workers were rushing during their lunch breaks and had no time for dipping. So don't be that guy/girl.

Primanti Bros. can be found all over the U.S. but we suggest going to the OG restaurant and experiencing where the "Almost Famous" was born.
