Boozy Chocolate Frappe Recipe


Bar Equipment:

  • Blender
  • Pint Glass
  • Spreading knife


  • Baileys
  • Frangelico
  • Kahlua
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Ice Cream
  • Milk

In a blender, mix together until smooth:

  • ¾ fl oz. Baileys
  • ¾ fl oz. Frangelico
  • ¾ fl oz. Kahlua
  • ½ fl oz Chocolate Syrup
  • 8 oz Ice Cream
  • 3 fl oz. Milk



  1.  Coat top two inches of a pint glass with vanilla frosting. Don't be afraid to lay it on thick. Toss some chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate) on a plate, then roll frosted glass onto chips to coat rim. Repeat if necessary. The more chocolate, the better!
  2. Drizzle inside of pint glass with chocolate syrup. Pour frappe in glass, leaving about 1/4 inch unfilled. Fill remainder with whipped cream.
