A Pulled Pork Recipe That You'll Want to Put Every Carb On

Not only is our Pulled Pork recipe an easy way to take away from holiday stress, it tastes freaking delicious and can be used in so many ways.

Toss it on some bakery fresh buns or a eat plain. We also aren't afraid to throw it on top of our mac & cheese or just go the whole nine yards and put all of the above on a burger. Have you tried our WTF Burger on BurgaBox? Yup. Things just got real.

Basically, the options are endless and pulled pork will always be a crowd favorite. So whip up a batch and serve at your next Barbecue!

Ingredients you'll need:

  • 8lbs of pork
  • 1tbs salt
  • 1tbs Black Pepper 
  • 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2oz brown sugar 
  • 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce 
  • 3/4 cup of Molasses 
  • 2 1/2 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 cup water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pan, slice the pork into cubes.

Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar and onion powder into a separate bowl. Throughly rub the cubed pork until evenly covered.

Add your choice of BBQ sauce, molasses and water to the pork in the pan and mix throughly. The liquid should cover all of the pork.

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place in oven at 500 degrees for one hour.

After an hour reduce heat for 300 for 3 hours.

Next, pull the pork apart with two forks in pan until all of the pieces are completely shredded and soaking in cooking liquid.

Now it's time to feast!
